Rest for 90 seconds
15 Half Burpees
15 Thrusters
15 "Reptile" Pushups
Continue for 5 minutes
Rest for 90 seconds
20 Box jumps
20 Mountain Climbers
20 Crunches
Continue for 5 minutes
